Steel Bollard RFQ Specification Guide
Separate ordinary visual/site-protection bollards from engineered or tested vehicle-barrier systems. A complete RFQ identifies pipe size, wall/schedule, finish, total cut length, installation style, quantity and any cover requirements.
RFQ checklist
- Purpose/application
- Pipe OD/NPS and schedule/wall
- Black, galvanized or specified finish
- Total cut length and desired above-grade height
- Embedded vs. base-plated installation
- Quantity, caps and bollard covers
- Any engineered/tested impact requirement
- Delivery location and required date
